Faucets
You are laying on the couch trying to watch a movie and all you can hear is "drip, drip,drip." A leaky faucets can be very annoying. There are actually four different types of faucets: Ball, Disc, Cartridge, and Compression. The most common of the four is the Ball faucet, mostly found used for kitchen sinks.

Pipes
Winter time is when pipes will bust and break the most due to cold temperatures. When water freezes it expands, exceeding the diameter of the pipe and causes the pipe to break/bust.
If a pipe does break in your home or business, water damage can occur, a quick response is needed. If possible shut off the water. Sometimes the shut off valve is under a metal plate in the front yard. If it is a sewage problem, the best course is to stay away and call the professionals.
